The scholarship awards follow a two-day competition May 21-22.

The Finals Concert will be held at 3 p.m. in Reynolds Performance Hall on the UCA campus. A reception and awards presentation will follow. Admission is free and open to the public.

UCA alumna and opera singer Kristin Lewis founded the Kristin Lewis Foundation, an organization dedicated to encouraging talented musicians at all levels of performance. She began her vocal studies at UCA and she is now pursuing her opera career. She has appeared in nearly every major opera house in Europe. Next fall, she will debut in the role of Bess in Porgy and Bess at La Scala in Milan, Italy.
